Well now I would like to share my experience with you. I used its offers and in the beginning I found it good for me. That time I recommended it all of my visitors and friends but for now the situation have totally changed. I got tired from it. But May it would be the best host company for some of you. I always use to say that if you are satisfied with any deal then you must buy it. I just sharing my experience with you and for me this company is a biggest scam. There are also many host companies who offer best packages than it. I mean you say HostGator and BlueHost are now the best companies of this field.

When I talked some experienced personalities, they suggested these two companies to me. Their plans are cheaper and most reliable for all of us. But it’s up to you. You can deal with any company. And now I will share some troubles that I faced with 1&1 packages.

I used to be an evangelist for 1and1.com but their customer service has taken a nosedive. My sites been down for over 48 hours and still no resolution. You might want to go somewhere else.

There are a ton of security risks. Anyone can hack your site and can attack anytime. Once my friend said to me that he’s using 1&1 services and his site has been hacked.

There is no WordPress migration procedure. If you migrate your WordPress , your WordPress tools will not work.

If you have some trouble and want to contact with their agent, yes it is fact that they provide 24/7 back support but its wrong. Onvce I had some problem with my site and I wanted to solve it. That time I was using 1&1 deals. I called their agent and he received my call after a long while. I asked some question but their agent canceled my call without solving my problem.

If we talk about their live call service that makes me disappointed every time whenever I think about it. Last time when I called their agent through webcam, I mean to say video call. Their agent received my call after eight to nine hours and due to some problem call ended after five seconds.
