Bahauddin Zakariya University is a public research university which is located in Multan, Pakistan. It was established in the year of 1975. It is also known with the name of Multan. It is affiliated with higher education commission. It offers more than 60 courses including all higher education courses. A great number of students studies in this university. Approximately thirty five thousand students studies in this university including twenty two thousand students in Under-Graduation and eighteen thousands students in Post-Graduation programs. It is one of the oldest university in Pakistan. Its chancellor is always the Governor of Punjab. This University has five Campuses including main campus namely Multan, Sahiwal, Layyah, Vehari and Lahore Campus.

All the students usually take admission in this University in the month of August and September. M.Phil and Distance learning admissions always open in the month of January and February.
